FX Nytro stage 2 map Powder Lites

Not sure where the stumble is but most of it will be gone with adjusting fuel regulator. Adjust reg when warmed up and at idle without looking at gauges then check A/R and fuel pressure.

Dave, the tune is definitely way too rich in low load conditions. I dont think turning down the fuel pressure below 47 is the answer to fixing the stumble as the full load a/f numbers are on the edge of running lean as well. Some part throttle tuning at 0-4 psi is definitely needed to clean things up, i see low 11s in those conditions.

Thanks

Buddy you have the software? It is a easy fix.

Skydog P.S. I could do it for you if you want, what map you running? Where are you rich at again? What RPM what load range? (boost)

I do have the software and ya i agree it is an easy fix. Ideally it would be nice to have the tune cleaned up a bit more for the people who dont have the software though.

software?

I only have the ProLite 4.2 software. I don't think I can change anything with this software. If ya get a new map going let me know, I'll try it out too. We ride anywhere from 5000 to 10000, but usually in the 6000 to 9000 range.

Thanks

What base map are you running and what rpm are the problems? Rich or lean what is your wideband saying?

Cool just trying to help...

Sorry, I forgot to say I appreciate the offer. I was typing that from my phone when I had a few minutes at work.

I want to go out and do some tuning myself. A nice flat area with some rolling hills would be perfect to do some part throttle pulls where you could watch the boost/rpm/air fuel and get and idea of where to edit. I havent had a chance to get out and try doing something like that yet though whenever I have hit the hills.

It would definitely be a lot faster with tuning bike since it would be making the changes on the fly. That's why I was asking Dave if he could do some more tuning when he gets a chance. I have no idea what elevation he usually tunes at though...

Actually its been really good. I've been running strictly pump gas at 10 pounds with 0 troubles so far other then personal flubs. . It worked good up high but does need some mapping work to lean it down. But hot temps being sucked in from the back off the muff and hot intercooler temps might have something to do with that.

I run at 6-9000ft in idaho. the fuel stravation issue when below a 1/4 is annoying but routing the fuel line low as possible helps a bunch. 2-1 regulator into the charge tube and i'm puling about 76 mph climbing at 8800 rpm. I have a map that that is leaned out on the bottom end from 4500-6600 rpms cause the stumble is terrible with the map dave put out on jan 17th. I will post it after I try a few other changes this weekend.
