Thanks for the replies guys.
The center of the restrictor is threaded and there about a .040 hole in the side wall where the threads are, I'm thinking it is pressed in and you can use the threads to yonk it out. Makes sence if it is a locating pin. I tugged on it a little and it did not move.
So Should I Put More Grunt to It???
I am working on improving my oiling system on a Polaris Sorry I’m really stating to dig this 2 stoke turbo thing, I realized I missed the smell of it, oh ya the power is there to. I know this is not the place for a stinkin 2 smoker, it just that there is a wack of tunners on this forum that know the workings of the Garrett R type turbos.
The balled up Garrett can survive on very little oil, drill out the orifice and you won’t need squak for oil pressure to make it happy, a small 12v pump will do.
But of coarse nothing hauls like a good old reliable turboed up Yamaha.
