Gas and storage question...should I syphon?

I syphoned the tank and put it into my car. I put fresh gas in my snowmobile along with sea foam and ran the engine a while to get the sea foam through the engine. I'm going to top the tank off, change oil and put in Amsoil then not run it 'till next winter, wd-40 everything except the rubbers and belts etc, use mothers protectant on everything else. Going to lift the end and put it on blocks or just hang it from the roof of my garage. Does it really matter if you lift the front end up? anyway Thanks for all the replies.
