Where see where gas leak is first, and fix that or you won't need to worry about bubble's in fuel line.

Fuel in the vent line should not happen. Its meant to draw air in. Don't know what could be pressurizing the tank. Vent lines are at the top of the tank so don't know how fuel gets into them. Im with the big dog. Find the leak, or pay the price. I can't see it coming from the tank vent lines Unless its overfilled or you tipped it on its side.
My bad, the vent lines I was referring to are the ones on the top of the carbs that run down between them to belly of the sled

These were in rough shape on my rx1, they looked like they had been touching the engine and melted some, so I got replacements, but I was wondering the proper routing of them. Other than naming them as "Float chamber air vent hose" in one diagram of the carbs in the service manual, there is nothing in the service manual that shows how they are supposed to be routed. Anyone?

They go down into the belly pan along the sides of the battery and through the battery box corners to drain fuel if you lay the sled over and or when you let the carbs get dirty and the carbs overflow, which neither of those should be happeningThese were in rough shape on my rx1, they looked like they had been touching the engine and melted some, so I got replacements, but I was wondering the proper routing of them. My tip for you: The little brass thing they are supposed to fit over is a joke. Go out and get some clear vinyl hose that fit OVER the vent hoses and use that as your coupling piece.
Oh, and clean your carbs. It is an absolute necessity on these sleds to keep your carbs clean.

I use a small 3/8 hose clamp over both hoses on the brass, works good. As far as 03RX1-ER-LE's comment about rolling it, I just did roll it.
Went riding tonight for a couple hours, got too aggressive on it. Broke a mirror off

My Rx-1 gets rolled on a consistent basis. I blame the Apex seat for the higher center of gravity. The headlight masks and windshield pieces get expensive but I have a fix for those, too! It's called screws and nuts.
