I have a windshield bag and it is fine, I guess it is the same a a handlebar bag . I have never seen a handlebar bag.

I have a windshield bag and it is fine, I guess it is the same a a handlebar bag . I have never seen a handlebar bag.

The handlebar bag straps over the bars and one section of the bag is in front and one behind the bar - different than the w'shield bag.
