Gems settings for 1000ft elevation?

Does anyone have a good starting point for the gems settings for 1000ft elevation? i'd like to see 12.5-13.5 when driving normally and i'd like too see 11.0-12.0 when WOT. when i get the sled dialed in at WOT would i only adjust the main jet or the boost as well?

What boost you running?? I have numbers but they are with a msd fuel pump

sorry guys, i forgot about that info. it's an 08 apex with a stage 1 mpi and i'm running 10lbs of boost. stock fuel pump for now, unless i find it can't keep up.
