Getting ready to install a 136" Expert-X any tips???

Will the tunnel bend? Seems to be more than a few guys not using the outside chub..
If guess if I HAVE to run it, I may have to build a different outside plate.. I don't think I could live with the factory one on my sled.. Looks like some kind of after thought from another sled - in my opinion...
 

Update:
Got the suspension in (yes, I did put the plates on) Tried it out a little on Sun. So far I'm very pleased. I pulled all my studs just to make sure I didn't have trouble with a new install & it still sucked down & hooked up really well on the lake w/no ratcheting :Rockon:
I'll at least throw half the studs in (running a .75 track) & give it a try.

So far so good!
