Hey, now I got the goggle bag on my winder. I’ve seen the “warnings” about putting electronics in there, but my friend on his 6000 cat used it for phone and stuff too. Does the winder create that Much more heat? I would almost think that would start melting or warping goggle lens’s of to hot for any electronics right? Just thought I would check with those that have used this bag and see their thoughts before hand.

Ran my I-Phone in there all last year with no issues. Even have it charging via a USB plug.
I keep a beanie toque in there and the phone is placed inside that.
It does get warm, so periodically I take my phone out and slip it into a jacket pocket for a bit.

I ran for about 700 km with the stock screen then I got the goggle bag and I switched them out and had read it may hold to much heat in the engine bay. Put on 1100 km after putting goggle bag in and well it doesn't build enough heat to be to worried for my riding area where it can often be quite cold. I put a frozen chocolate bar in it at one stop and forgot it in there and at the next stop about an hour later the heat didn't even melt it, I noticed though it does have a lot of condensation inside it sometimes so you would want to protect your phone from that in a weather proof case or like product . I'm sure if one was riding in very warm conditions though the goggle bag could get quite warm.

I also noticed condensation and that's why I put it inside my beanie hat

I got lucky. Dad bought 50th and I got An se, and he had no interest in the goggle bag so swapped the grate for the bags before loading them at the dealer
Sounds like aslong as you wrap it in towel or hat you’re all set for having them in there.
