Thinking of switching my 03' RX-1 121 to 136!

What's good or bad about doing this?

How much am I changing my handling?

THANKS!

BR

I have a 2004 Warrior and for me the most noticeable thing about the 136 skid is increase stability at high speed! But not as agile as a 121 skid!

Just my $0.02 :D

I noticed this... WAY MORE STABLE AT ANY SPEED.. BETTER RIDE.. and a littel push in corners.. NOTHING UNLIVABLE!!

I LOVE THE 136!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

Better hookup, sucks up the stutter bumps, and more stable at speed. The only negatives I can see is a little push in the corners and a few MPH's lost on top end. But you definately get there quicker :D

Just converted mine and I love it so far, hooks up like you wouldn't believe and rides alot better. Does push in the corners a bit more but you will learn to ride it. The longer skid makes the sled look a hell of a lot better also.

FLATLAND, FOCKER, What kit did you guys use & is it noticeable when you look at the rails or does it look like it belongs???

THANKS

I agree 100% with that statement. A good buddy of mine noted last year that the rear skid looked out of proportion to the rest of the sled. With the kit or in the case of the Warrior, the sled looks "Right" or "Balanced" now.

This is my first long track sled, and this is what I've noticed: excellent traction, braking, ride, and a little different around corners, but you adapt!
I like it better than the short track :D

I went with the Mountain Performance 136 this year and I agree... at least with this sled, it's the only way to go. Now I don't have to think twice before I run against someone in cornfields, etc... the extra hook-up is just what she needed. Myself, I haven't noticed any different handling than last year.
