Good Price for a 2010 Vector GT...?

Went to a local dealer that I don't know to well last night and there was a price tag of $9,700 for Vector GT – White.

Is this a good price? $9,700 + $487 (freight/prep) = $10,187.00
Seems a little high for me.

Is it new? Doesn't sound so great this late in the season I was quoted $9,650 on a 2011 Vector LTX a month ago and no bogus dealer prep added. Shop around that is not a good price.

That does seem high, local dealer here has a 10 Vector GT LTX for $8750 its a blue one. 11 Vector GT is going for $9399 and GT LTX is going for $9599.

thats way too high..... you should be able tp pick that up for 8200-8400
Check the yamaha web for the rebates and go back and make sure you are getting it. they are great sleds ,but inventory is getting low on them

Too much. Either offer him $8000 straight up (no fees, setup, tax, BS, etc) or walk away.

I bought my '10 LTX-GT for $9300 in December of 2009 (when '10s were considered new model year)

Sled listed for $10,700 Yamaha had $700 off at the time & my dealer matched it, for a total of $1400 off.

Guess what.... they were shocked.

I did some shopping and found a left over 2010 LTX GT for $8,800.00 from the dealer that I've bought all my sleds from for the past 15yrs. I did not know he had this.... oops

I very happy w that price (plus a few extras), and I'm picking it up today!!!

Gota love the free market.

Yep it's definately high. Mine new in 2010 was $9485 out the door, late in the snow year, March.
