Yes,it was installed upside down,my resi is underneath,its hard to get to,i wish it was like yours,it would be much easier,but it is what it is. just have them fit it the other way,in fact have them look at any 2018 LE sleds with those shocks,and they will see how it connects.

That's the point! The shocks are brand new! They were installed over the summer for this season.... so they have zero miles on them!

Wow,so you have not even run them yet,man you may like it so much,you will just have to keep it,lol.. Hey Merry Christmas,its going to snow 4-8 tomorrow through sunday with that much more for next week,you might be running it soon.
