Got her home today...niceeee! time to start the mods..

sj, what is this beautiful rack you have? Where I can find it to buy one ? [emoji50]

OMG THAT IS AN AMAZING LOOKING SLED.... snow must soon fly...lets go..

I was on it right after the photo's...gone...and first coat of wax...
labels go away with the usuall...some heat then wd40 for any residual glue or do you have a better alternative?

I find with my heat gun moving it fast on high heat the socket comes with the glue and all, usually one piece..one shot...

For those times when it's a problem...I use goo gone ...but have heard the wd40 thing works well..I've always been worried about the petroleum in it on plastics?

easy on the heat gun, paint will buble...hair dryer and a little more patient and they come off good

The one's at your knee's came right off. No heat was needed and no residue! I actually took them off at the dealer

anticipation can be a real b*tch ...but in the end...it seems like she was worth the wait...

Im seeing enough Yamaha influence to initially satisfy my discriminating eye...

what heated rider bag are you using?

BLASPHEMY yes...but its a skidoo bag...I used it on the cat last year also...it housed my map selector and heated shield cord...
If your over 6 feet tall , don't you need an extended riser , to accomodate stand up riding ?
I always added atleast 2-3 inches on my Apex , with out having to make wiring adjustments .
What is the best riser for the SW LTX LE set up ?

Id say yes...if you need a riser...or like adjustability...I believe id look at the skidoo adjustable setup and see if I could retr fit it!

but Im vertically challenged....at 5'9", mine fits me just fine... ; )

Me personally at 5' 6" The stock riser is perfect for stand up riding . If I'm going on a long cruise trip I will lay the bars back a little bit.
