GPS trail and fire road set up that navigates for you?

Is there such a thing where I can plug in a destination and have the GPS tell me when and where to turn? I also would like it for the fire roads in NW Wi.

I'm tired of our group always checking the dang map! LOL I would like to have a GPS and maybe have predefined routes or be able to select where I want to end up and have it give me turn by turn directions.

I think the VVmapping trail maps support turn by turn routing.
