grass drags.

there was a little grass drag event in town last weekend. i had never done it befor and thought i would give it a try. i have a 06 apex rtx with ulmer stage 2 drilled airbox timing key and 121 1.5inch track.

it was single knock out. lose once you are out of the class.

i placed 1st in 900
my wife placed 1st in 700 and 2nd in 800.

i maxed my transfer rod for a trial run to get a good pic of ski lift.

Just imagine how much faster it would have been if you could keep the front end on the ground..

i raced about 8 times and made a bunch of practice runs. it was 500ft. i wish they had 660 ft drags. i seem to run most sleds down by then. this picture was from a practice run so my ski's were down alot more for the drags. i put up a few more pictures on my site. www.sledwest.net
