I got under my sled to do some off season maintenance today and pump some grease in all the fittings. A couple wont take any grease. What is the solution? Replace the fittings?

I have had to replace the fittings but sometimes the gun tip gets warn and it wont hold the end to allow the grease to go in on the tougher zerks.

Try pushing the fitting onto the zerk while pumping. Crud might have plugged the zerk. Try using a small drill bit to drill it out. These do not have a check ball so no worries. If it still won't take grease, then the joint itself may have badly dried or congealed grease and would need to be dismantled and cleaned.
To replace a zerk on these is a PITA as they are welded on.

If it is the rear cross bars, try loosening the nut & bolt a bit holding the cross bars in place.
I had to do that on a couple of my Mono 1 sleds.
