Are there any other Grease nipples that need to be greased other than the ones in rear skid and the end of the throttle cable???
No none in front steering or suspension unless you add them which I would recommend.What do you mean throttle cable grease fitting?

In the manual on page 8-117 it says to put a dab of grease on the throttle cable end where it goes into the cable. Personally I can't see why that is important
