Great Customer Service from HYGEAR!

I wanted to let you guys know about the good guys at HYGEAR. I had won a set a their torsion spring spacers at the Give Away this past year for my Phazer. I went to install the spacers last week and found that I had an issue on one side with the spacer rubbing on an upper wheel when I loaded the torsion spring. I called and talked with John and then Liam or Leon (not sure which) on what I was seeing. He told me that the spacers should not rub on the wheel and that I should take it back a part to look closely at the wheels and spacers. In any case, I took the spacers off this weekend and found that one of the spacers had the pilot flange machined some 2.0 mm short.

So I called HYGEAR again yesterday and told them what I found. They think the one spacer with the short pilot I received was a prototype part. They were really cool and told me that they are going to send me a new set. I did tell them that I was a TY member and that I won the parts at our Give Away ride. Within a couple hours of calling them yesterday, I received confirmation and a tracking number that a new set of spacers was being shipped out.

Again, I just wanted to let you all know how they took care of me. All is good. The next chance I get to spend some money on my sled, I will be sure to give HYGEAR a call.
