So…what FI sensors are on the Apex?
You named engine vitals- can you list them for me – or can anybody?

They may very well be rich, like you say – but I think they are very lean right up to about where a MJ would kick in on a carb model. Lean to get better EPA numbers.
I think from about ¾ throttle up, they program them on the rich side to prevent burn down on the lake runs.
