grinding noise

ok just wondering if anyone else is getting an grinding noise from the front of there track area after you stop for a bit and start going agian it goes away but it sounds like when the chaine case went out of my rage is this normal i think its ice and if it is is there a way to stop it thx

Mine was bad today too, just ice I think but annoying as hell. Not sure how to stop it but it can't be good for it, sounds and feels like hell sometimes.

Its ice. scares the crap out of you doesn't it. Teh only thing to remember is that there are very few things that break when you're sitting still..

When ice is traped in the tunnel, try backing up, it will many times kick out.

I had the same thing this past weekend I posted on here about it someplace. I have heard it before but it just so happens I had replaced my belt the night before and I thought maybe something was up. Just turned out to be ice though.
