grizz 660 diff lock problem

ok here is what i got... i was pulling a buddy out of the snow this winter and i had it in diff lock and reverse.. then i felt it "clunck" and just spin one wheel. so i have not used it since. i jacked it up and in 4x4 it acts right and in diff lock it locks... but when riding under any kind of load it doesnt lock, like it is half in/out of diff lock... i did also find that now it is hard to steer all the time???? can it be locked in diff lock and not in 4x4 ... also now the 4x4 deal is on all the time even in 2wd.. any help would be great guys... thanks, skip

I bet its stuck. Try disconnecting the power to the servo and see if it unlocks.
