I have a set of radial outlaws on . I move my trailer with it . I love to go through way deep mud with it . I love to push down standing dead trees with it.Rock crawling is sooo much fun. I pulled my truck out with it. I love my grizzly, it has done everything that I have asked it to do. The only thing that hasn't been up to the challenge is the rear driveshaft.I broke one jumping and one climbimg out of a deep mud hole but I suspect the other type of riding had something to do with it.az426 said:how are you breaking driveshafts?
I called the people at highlifter and asked if there was such a thing as a gorilla drive shaft but he said no. He said he would check with them but I have not heard back.

Yup, I tell people that I own a really fast tractor. Sounds like you have one too.
ahhh,i see now.thats some serious duty your putting the grizz through if your breaking only the rear d- shaft then i would be happy.its probably easier to fix than an axle or something internal.just consider it your "fuse"

yup, the driveshavt was easy to replace. Just put a new stock one in last night. You are right, the driveshaft is relatively inexpensive to replace compared to the other things connected to it.az426 said:ahhh,i see now.thats some serious duty your putting the grizz through if your breaking only the rear d- shaft then i would be happy.its probably easier to fix than an axle or something internal.just consider it your "fuse"

I may still be able to help with rebuild kits for those as well. I'd have to get the specs but we have them available for just about everything.

TurnerCycle builds a custom shaft to replace the ujoint style shaft with a cv style.
A friend has replaced his front and is currently having a rear driveline made also.
They also stroked is engine and he has broken a few stock drivelines, the ones they make are heavy duty. I'm not sure of the price though.
