I have ridden sport quads for years but this is my first utility quad and Im not sure about the general maintanance of this thing. I know with my banshees I knew when I had to change my oil, adjust my chain, sinc my carbs, clean my air filter all that stuff but im not sure on this what I should do. how often do you change your oil and what do you use and what else do I need to grease or change oil in. I heard someone talking about greasing the clutch. I have never heard of that. I have a little mechanical knowledge I just need to be steared in the right direction. Thanks guys!!  :4STroke: :yam:

well, theres not that much maintenance to do.the primary clutch is packed with grease so unless you get water in there you should be o.k. there is a valve at the bottom to check for water.change the oil often, like every 1500 km cause theres not that much oil in the motor. front and rear end change the oil as per the manual.air filter, just inpect it once in a while and clean it.there is only 4 grease fitting on the bike and they are at the rear wheels, you can see them thru the rim. just my opinion :yam:

 sounds good to me. less maintanance is better. Im sure its a hell of alot less than a banshee...

Two more grease fittings

There are a total of 6 grease fittings.

Four on the rear A-arm bushings (two each side top and bottom)

Two on the front U or CV joints (depending on the year of the quad). You will need to take the skid plate off to access one of them.
