When to sneak peak i like the xtx se but did anyone here about the shocks ,yamaha rep at the show said you will be able to soften the ride for small studders on the trail so the ride will be comforable when you dont want to ditch bang.
I heard this before and the shocks were valve to stiff to get a comforable ride.

You mean the nytro rtx se? the xtx is the 144 track. The se has top of the line flots up front and have a wide range of adjustability but from what Ive read on all the forums it seems most say its too stiff unless your mostly jumping or very aggressive rough trail all the time. Thats why I opted for the xtx, the long skid should help suck up the stutter bumps with some good performance in the rough stuff.

The floats are very stiff. And letting air out to try and get them soft is a no-no as they will work like sh!t.
Here's the deal. If you see a un-groomed trail and your mouth waters and you divert from the groomed trail your on just to GAS IT over the un groomed trail. Your an RTX man. If not stick with the xtx or std nytro.
I speed up when I see moguls. I have the RTX.

I wouldn't say it quite like that. The floats on my Apex RTX are great, I think the Valving on the FX RTX's was way out in left field. At least for trail riding.
