Wondering if anyone has replaced the factory GYTR shock with the accessory ones in the yamaha catalog. I only need to replace 1, and the dealer says not to.. Other folks have said it is the same shock but has a different part number because it's listed in the accessory catalog.

What was the dealers reason for saying not to? I would think they would be the same?

I'm not sure if there is a difference but I have 2 GYTR's fo rsale right now in classifieds I gurantee they are cheaper for the pair vs one from the dealer!
