FYI, have been doing lots of adjusting on compresion and rebound and have found the rebound damper adjuster is extremely stiff and when you zero out the setting to make an adjustment and you think you are at zero when in fact you are not. I got fooled twice now and had my settings 5 clicks different from L to R and that makes it a bit goofy in the chop !
Interesting to hear if anyone else has a similar issue ?

Interesting, it is also my right front shock (as you sit on the sled). I used a philips screwdriver and my fingers to coax it past the stiff spot, shot in some WD40, and worked it back and forth several times and seems to have looseded up now.

The adjuster is held on by a phillips screw, I used a screwdriver and my fingers to get enough leverage to get it moving back and forth with more ease.

I noticed this yesterday as well, left front shock, rebound clicker. Hard to turn, and then after fiddling with it all afternoon, it seemed to keep on turning without coming to an endpoint. I'll check it with a phillips and some WD to make sure it's not hooped.
Also, are you counting more clicks then there are supposed to be? I'm pretty sure it's 20 clicks, but I counted 22 on one side & 26 on the other. WTF!!

20 is max setting but it will go farther, I can get 24-25 clicks out
