shapers are a very nice carbide but be careful.
i was riding my srx with them one time in powder on a narrow trail, saw a rock my brother had uncovered and turned to miss it, however the fluffy snow didnt wanna turn me, i hit the rock with ski turned, and it bent the &*$K out of the carbide.
(this was at low speed, say 10 or less)
anyhow, i had to unbolt first 2 bolts, and bend back by hand. seems they are made from some pretty weak metal, as it bent back easy, got it to remount with only a slight tweak.
seams the added height to them sticking out of the carbide channel in the ski didnt help.
i would still buy again, just would miss the rock better next time.
