sx7001, I might still head up your way yet this year. A good friend of mine is a professor at Nip. and I was planning on visiting him for a weekend and maybe doing some off trail, but I would have to get this thing streched to play up there.

steiner, thanks. It just needs a 100lb diet. If you double click you can get a larger image. You can see the bars for my 6 and 9 yr old boys that love to ride with Dad. They stand in front of me. Today I had the six yr old and he loves the 100+200 ft wheelies this thing will do. We stand her up and keep it walking along. There are times he lets go with one arm to give a big pump while we are still wheelin'!! He has a brass set.LOL

The way this spring is going I wouldn't worry about running a shortie off trail. The kids have all the power lines packed down and after a melt or two it will be go anywhere snow. We have some awesome spring off trail here, gonna be crazy fun!!!!!!!

Nice sled Scott32!! What type of skid plate do you have and where did you buy it?

NO skid plate. I should get one, but I don't know how much longer I'm going to be on this...the apex is much stronger than a nytro underneath and the oil filter is up front on the motor so its a better design that way. That said my front heat exchanger is bent but with no ill effects I keep going. She's been rolled and flipped about four times. always in good snow and I have been lucky to not hurt her.

sx7001, I remember as a youngston my brother's birthday was April 11, and we could still bomb around bushes, drift lines, and ditches. The old 78 and 79 340 et. Light machines, shorter tracks,114" I think. And still go through more than these will. But when your that young, may be the mole hill looked like a mountain.LOL

Ya that first pic looks just like my Apex about 2 months ago in the UP. It may have taken several hours to get it out of the ditch I was buried in since it was just me and the ole ball n chain, (oops, I mean the love of my life) riding together. Fortunatly I had a tow rope and her MXZ served as the pull vehicle. Had it out of the ditch in a matter of a few minutes.

Sorry to the groomer operator for messing up his freshly groomed trail.

Never leave home without a tow rope!

Chris Burandt has a "pin and wiggle" technique. If you can manage to rock that apex, keep it to the bar! Haha then again this probably only applies to the pro rmk's.

Scott, there's a reason I'm called sumpbuster. Get a skid plate...NOW!! ps..gorgeous white sled..really!! But I thought white paint was lighter?? LOL...

I have no problems lifting it around, until that extra snow loads her up. Hero snow turned deeper powder quickly at a slow moving moment. Thanks for the compliments guys Did all the graffics and paint myself. The Storm Trooper Edition. I have a white suit, would love to get a storm trooper helmet. At damn near 40 And still a dork, thats what she said..lol
