Should I use the yami ones or should I go with aftermarket?

I don't want to move my controls in any further I want to have it mount and go over the controls. I saw some that a guy had put on that were between his controls and hand grips and had to move the controls anoth 1/2 inch away from the grips to make room for them.

I got the aftermarkets (PowerMadd) and moved the controls over a quarter inch or so.

I actually LIKE the new position of the controls. Seems more comfy.

I am total agreement with this statement. More comfy for sure and PowerMadd guards made my handwarmers actually feel like they work

Go powermadd - Yamaha shields look "GAY"

Go with the Powermadd! We got them but have not had the chance to put them on.

I put the powermadd's on mine and didn't have to move the controls at all. They look great too. They work very well for keeping the cold air from hitting your hands. Even though it was warm this past weekend, i didn't turn my warmers on once.

Go Power Mads , then you have the option for the rear view mirrors. You can check them out in the phot gallery, I believe its under sledder steves pics of gt w/ med. windshield.

Just got some powermadd guards and the bar seems too big of dia. to fit clamps?? Can't put top screw in.Also I'm not sure what you guys are saying about moving over controls,does anyone have up close pictures,please
