Handle Bar replacement help

I bought new rsi handle bars. I got the throttle side of my old handle bars off. I can't seem to find what is holding all the brake components on the other side of my old handle bars. Can anyone help with how these detach from handle bars. Thanks

You have to remove the outer plastic with 2 screw underneath, then that will expose the clamp.
