I am having a hell of a time trying to re-route my throttle cable , I put a Power Madd 8 inch riser with the pivot which in total I have about a 10.25 inch riser. I had to buy a throttle extension(Power Madd) because there was no way the stock cable would reach. So here is my problem I get every hooked up and no-matter how I situate the cable when I start the sled and turn to the right (only) I gain a couple hundred RPM . Has any one else done this as I am pulling my hair out ?

Check with cr-racing. They have a extended throttle cable for the apex mountain. Maybe it's long enough.

guys, i was thinking of putting a 3.5" riser on my apex mountain do you think i could get away with rerouting the cables? Would 3.5" be too high? im 6'1" and feel like im hunching over when riding in the standard form.

Looks good, im wanting to do with a pivot style like the skidoo ones i think they turn better with a little offset.
