i have a 2007 attak and i had pioneer revalve my monoshock and put on a 6.1 spring, raised up the limiter strap one hole, a 12mm sway bar and put in ulmer front bushings and woodys 6" dullies
my question is what is a good way to know if my sled is handling properly
it seems to turn a little better in the corners but the inside ski seems to lift a little more that it did it appears to have a little more darting but that might be snow conditions
what does a good handling sled feel like?

Here is my opinion and I am sort of having the same issue. Last year at the end of the year my sled handled perfect. I had 144 studs added and put the transfer out and had my spring turned up. Now when I took it out the inside ski is lifting a lot more than it was last year.

I think changing your spring and load on these give it a tippy feeling in the corners. You should be able to work it out and get it to rail. I would mess with the back and front shocks to try and level it out. That is what I am going to try. If someone else has some advice I would like to know also. :-o

I'll tell you what MrSled told me. REDUCE your transfer, mine is now set 2 lines towards minimum from center, pull the limiter 1-2 holes shorter. I also added Bergstrom 8" Triples and shimmed my skis. These things torque so HARD theat they unweight the skis, causing inside lift. My riding partner HATED his Rage. He came of a sweet handling 01 Venture(my old Viper skis, my old Viper shocks revalved) that would run right with my Viper in the corners. Took him to his first TY ride and talked to MrSled. Set the thing up like he said and VOILA, great turning sled.

I have my limiter strap up 1 hole and let the transfer bar out @ the dealer and I also leveled out my front end. I have the snowtrackers on it. Maybe I need to pull the limiter strap up one more hole.

Trust me when you find The"sweet spot" you will know because every corner will scare the XXXX out of you! "HOLD ON SQUEEZE TIGHT"

Not really but the back is stiffer and in the corner the rear is not squating so the front is rocking over as the back has no sag. 13mm sway bar is what helped mine after the bigger spring and revalve. I dont know the difference in handling from the 12 vs 13mm sway bars. Make sure to set the rear sag to specs per your manual. Hope you fiquire it out soon.

We are 4 guys with Apex and Attak. We have command Pionneer 13mm sway bar. We run with Snowtracker Extrem and studs. For the moment, it runs very well in big turns. We run with lot of transfert.
Next level will be shorter springs for the front. The too long (stroke?) of the front suspension is maybe a negative fact.
We have many long long turns in our areas. So we pull our sled very hard in turn.
