I put the 06 bars on my 08 and the right bar gets real hot, but the left one only gets warm. Do you think i need a new warmer on the left side?

You don't need a harness on the 07,08,or 09. Just put the 06 bars on and plug right in without the pigtail. You may need to replace the grip. Both of mine are same temp on the 07 with the 06 bars.

Yeah I just took out my 07 with the 06 bars on it and was pleasantly surprised at 2 bars i had to back them off to 1 several times.

06 on 08
I put the 06 on the wifes 08 vector gt. I ran in last night in the trailer and notice the the left one just took a little longer to get hot, but was equally as hot once it heated up.
