First of all Define Hot Start Issue.
I have not heard this complaint since the 15 update. Be specific. Could just be a bad battery or dirty connections, fouled plugs etc. Need info like is it turning over quickly? Is it idling properly and at what rpm when it is running. How often does it do this?

It has a new battery

It has a new battery
Put an optimate 4 battery charger on that new battery for a few days if you can, but at least 24 hours and see if you see a difference. Just because it's new does not make it fully charged. 24 hours with a good battery charger is the minimum I would charge a new battery, and charging a few time through the riding season and off season will triple the life of your battery.

You still have not answered what it does when hot. Does it take two or 3 tries to start? Does it never start? Does it crank real slow? Had Friends little kid over other day and he sat on my sled and wanted me to start it. So I did. It started so fast it scared him into crying and he ran away! To him it has a starting problem.

Cannondale27 is asking those questions because the answers to those questions will help him determine the likely cause of your problem. Once he narrows the cause down to a couple of options he can recommend a course of action. He is a staff member and Moderator because of his intimate knowledge of most aspects of this design and he is better able to help you than most other people on this site and Probably better than 95-99 percent of any other group or dealership could.

Please, let him help by answering his questions to the best of your ability.

Thanks Testmaster. Actually a video of it doing it is best. 2014 I really am not picking on you just need more info. Back in 13-14 when there were all kinds of issues with hot start majority had to just slightly touch throttle to get them to start. Once 15 flash came out the hot start problem went away. Exhaust has no effect on starting.
