Im not sure exactly wheres it's coming from but its definately coming from the left ski area: a arms shocks and joints. Any one have an idea of what it is? And what can I do to get rid of this noise?
sounds like an old matress dont it? I've got the same noise coming from mine...just haven't found time to fix it yet. I think i remember something about spraying everying with silicone spray but i could be wrong....

Same here I hear it all of the time. I have done nothing yet but like poleclimber said silicone or some type of lubricating spray would help. I would just hit all of the moving parts it can't hurt anything.
