I seen fix powersports has got a kit. What about putting in the little round ones from ddracing on the sides off the air box. There is a guy that running radar runs removing the shield under the hood for more airflow and getting a couple mph.I think I may try putting those in on the side of the airbox. They would be behind the vents on the side panels.Any ideas if this would work.

Adding more air flow wont help untill you uncork the exhaust system. ===SRXSRULE===

Don't sell the stock exaust short, it really flows great! I have talked to 2 guys that installed the Fix Ram air and both report the exaust getting louder. This tells me it's because of increased air flow from the kit. I will have a kit later this week and if snow holds out I will report my findings. More air equals more power; ever blow air on a campfire trying to get it going ;)!

I ordered the dd bullseyes Ill post any changes.Rocket I thought dynoing 87 octane made more power without higher compression or ported heads. Thanks

yes it does
that power 110 fuel, I don't think it's 110 octane, they just call it power 110. I think lubetech makes it or something. I really don't know what kind of fuel it is or the octane, I just know that with the fuel, airbox mods, and exhaust it was a decent pickup. and that fuel smells friggen sweet!

combine some airbox mods, exhaust and power 110 fuel and on the dyno it is about 10 horse. But the dyno isn't moving, so how do you compute that to something that is moving?

Rocket back on Jan. 10th you said that you spent 50 hrs. on the dyno checking pipes ,intake ect and if u can come up with any more than 3 HP to call u GOD.. How did it get to 10 HP since then? byoffcr

oxygenated fuel will usually do wonders, but becareful....it is not good for you.

You know how they say cigarettes probably contribute to cancer?....propylene oxide and the other things they add to chemically create O2 are KNOWN to be carcinogens...and absorb instantly thru human skin. They say that damages from these chemicals can not be reversed...it just stays in you.

It became very popular in the Michigan Grass drags a few years back,as some chemist found a way to mask the oxygenators and get thru fuel tech...they have since found a test to catch them...but the health risks were exposed as well.

I believe that I said I spent all that time on the dyno, and if u can come up with any more than 3 HP with JUST AN EXHAUST!!!!!!!!!!!!! then you can call me or anyone else GOD. Maybe I did say exhaust intake ect, and if I did then I was mistaken. But I guess I"m pretty sure I said you won't find any, or much more than 3 HP from and EXHAUST.

by the way, which post on jan 10th was this? I'd like to find it and reread it.

I did find that post byoffcr. It was the post about the hauck kit. I'm not sure what everyone else was talking about in that kit, but my last post said exactly this:
"Posted: Wed Jan 11, 2006 9:31 am Post subject:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

there are some out there who will post the numbers to back their stuff up and don't claim big number. Excell is one and White Knuckle is another.

I spent well over 50 hours on that motor. You find me much more than 3 horse and I'll call you a GOD. "

Now, I agree with you on what I said, but I think we are thinking of two different beasts here. You are thinking that I was talking about exhaust, airbox and fuel mods? At least what I assume.
I however was talking strictly exhaust, and never once mentioned that I had tested all three and found only 3 horse. I have infact tested exhaust with airbox mods, and different fuel. But however not a fuel commander, or adjuster or anything like that. I only tested the actual fuel. It was called power110. I don't know what it is, only what it is called. It was supplied by the guy who's motor was on my dyno.
So to clear up any confusion, I was talking only exhaust when I said 50 hours, dyno, only 3 horse, GOD.
and just to clear up any more confusion, I don't sell clutch kits, or airbox mods, or filters, or fuel, or motor mods or anything else except exhaust. I have no time or at this point no interest in anything else but exhaust and therefore I could care less if something else makes a million more horse. I just post some findings for other people to look at and if they don't want to believe me then they don't have to.

Went out this weekend and picked up 200rpms.Seems to work. Also more throttle responsive.
