Has anyone installed a Excell exhaust and a jack seat?

I was interested in getting a Excell exhaust for my Attak.The thing is I got bracket on it for a Jack seat and I'm not sure if it will interfere with the install.

The picture is Gros Morne Newfoundland.Really nice place for snowmobiling.Only problem is I broke my arm trying to get there.That why the windshield is gone .
