I agree Hardcore. It is BS. I don't really give a F%&K though. Same thing goes for tinted windows. Always had mine done DARK. They can Kiss My A$$.
Soryy I am REAL BITTER right now because I am having a hell of a time getting insurance here in Ontario. My wife had 2 speeding tickets and they will not renew us.....the whole system is complete BS!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

I think by far the stock lights on the RX1 are better than any sled I own or any one I've ever ridden. Stock lights are fine anything brigther will blind you when you in front thats my opinion

Ran both last year. about 600 miles normal and 1300 with the zenon. the zenon seemed to have better illumination to the side.
I don't know if this means anything, but I did blow a set up, but it was possbile that I touched the glass.
Not sure, but i liked the visibility for sure.

I bought the same bulbs on Ebay..Fast shipping! Great guy to deal with..You'll get them no worries!

Hey guys I mentioned I would check so here you go...The bulbs I have in my sled are called "EuroLites Xenon Fusion 60/55 W H4's" The model number is 87397. www.toucanindustries.com They have a slight blue tinge to them but I did not really want that. I like the Bright White.
I just got a set of Silver Star's (like the ones at Canadian Tire) and I made sure I got the Whitest Brightest ones. I may buy another set of the Bright White ones for my sled. They were kind of pricey but they work well. Stay away from PIAA....Big $$$$

I ran them in mine last year and they are great. love the blue tint to them and they are BRIGHT. also put some rotating led bulbs in the tail lights they look cool real cool. We also installed a 12 volt car horn with the button on the handle bar controls. you should see the looks you get when you pass someone and lay on the horn...... also cool blue gow temp gauge on the dash, and a cigarette lighter and we never have had any problems with the electrial systems in 4000 miles last year...
