just wondering if anyone has ever come across this issue with a hand or thumb warmer, doesn't matter if the sled was just started or running for a while, out of nowhere when it decides to the thumb warmer will all of a sudden max out and darn near scorch my thumb, lol. when I push the lower button the bars try go down but if you stop pushin the decrease button it just auto maxes itself out again, I have pulled everything apart and checked the wires and all is fine.

Just a thought here. The thumb warmers ,like T.O.R.S and several other things on our sleds are controlled by the ignitor unit. Not saying this is your problem. I had problems with the hand warmers, T.O.R.S. and the camshaft sensor when the sled was brand new. Dealer replaced the camshaft sensor and the ignitor to solve these problems.

Would bet the switch is bad or possible a wire is shorted.
Then the ECU thinks you are holding the switch up and maxes the Thumb.
Try plugging in a friends control switch. (or even just un-plug your switch)
If the problem goes away, it is in the switch.
If it does NOT go away, it is probably in the wiring.
Hope this helps!
