Easy answer... Hauck lies to it's customers (past costomers)... Matt, does not!!!! and will stand by the products he sells!!!!

PERIOD!!!!

I have used hauck's power kits on two sleds and both times i had problems with them, and had no real support when i called for help. they will not get anymore of my money. i'm going with matt from now on.

I bought a Hauck built 95 V-Max 4 920 for asphalt racing and had nothing but problems with it running right,(bought used, and figuered having problems why not talk to the builder)when I called for help or suggestions they gave me a run around. So I much rather spend my money with some one that stands behind what they sell ,From what alot of posts on here Matt does just that,Looking forward to doing buisness with him in the fall

Just for the record, the ECP air kit is SUPERTUNERS product, but Matts customer service is second to none. The steps he goes to insure satisfaction is unheard of from buisnesses today. I would recomend the Speedshop to anyone.

I too bought a clutch kit from Hauck after several phone calls to try and get it to work right and never being able to talk to the same person twice.I gave up and tuned it my self used the weights he sent me but changed the rivits, changed the helix and secondary spring they sent.So my hauck clutch kit became my clutch kit and it was way faster then the one they sold me.I offered to sell them my info so they would be able to sell a good set up kit for the SRX but they laughed and declined.Matt on the other hand is always on hand to help you and will go out of his way to make you happy .He is young and hungry and wants your business.Go with Matt.

You have to understand one thing, Hauck uses his race reputation to sell parts and Matt is selling a fast setup to gain a good reputation. When people by from Hauck they are banking on buying a good setup based on his race reputation. Matt isn't a racer. He's just like you and me. He's a trail rider. He strives to have a well tuned trail sled that flies when it hits the lake. He also has a Full time job. He sells parts because he loves snowmobiling and he wants to help out guys like you and me. He's not trying to feed his family. When Guys start doing this for a living they have to maxximize the dollar. Matt does this to help guys out, make a couple extra bucks and get a deal on parts for himself. He's not a shark trying to squeeze you for every dollar.

I have found from talking to Matt & Freddie that they were super quick in responding back to me and very helpful. They will both go out of their way to help you with any questions you may have. And from the response here their ECP Kit is very popular. ;)! ;)! ;)! :D

I've dealt with Hauck and sorry to say that they were not nearly as co-operative. But their howler pipes / clutch kit did work on my Vmax-4 and it rocked, I did have to tweak a few things but I did expect that.

Matt does not lie, he tells it the way it is.

Why Matt...............because he is not a sell out.............think about what I just stated :ORC

I have dealt with the speedshop twice now.. Once when I was thinking about long tracking my sled and also bought some skis for my brother's Warrior. Well long story short got my ripsaw from Matt and then purchased the skis in the middle of the winter. Talk about fast shipping... Got them right when I needed them before a long weekend of riding.. First time out one of the ski loops snaped.. Figured we were out $20 and have to buy a new loop.. Nope dropped a msg to Matt and got a new loop shipped to my house.. That is why I will deal with the speed shop again and again.. That is customer service.. Think Matt was his name, sorry BlueByYou.. can not keep all the real names straight in my head.. :exc:
