Yep, I had two idler wheels chunk the rubber out of them and the center shock lower cross shaft bent. I have updated wheels on the shelf from BOP and lower cross shaft from KKD.
Still enjoying my sidewinder!

This sled is amazing just love this motor and the chassis!!! We got out on some nice and bad trails today and my sled performed amazing!!!! I was getting discouraged trying to get my new stm primary to work properly with my oem team secondary the last few weeks. Last night I decided to put the stock helix and spring in and hope it was good for my ride today...
Ran the 300 tune and gave er a good go on lake Wanapetie. The lake was hard packed and smooth like a highway and got 19.4 lbs at 9050rpm with the header tune. This thing was on fire! Today it was the first time i ever hung the skis from cruising at 100mph and stabbing the throttle.... WOOH WHAT A RUSH
Not sure what my top speed was but it felt very fast...lol

The closed loop imo is worth it! Nice to see afr and can really find that lean cruising rpm when you need fuel economy imo! On some of the rougher trails my afr were hovering 13-14 .
The sled just felt crisp and really stretched my arms..lol

intake temps with gap ram air was 10 f on lake and 13 f in trail
weather temp was -19 in morning and -13 c with a cold wind in afternoon
Engine temp 168-170
Only have one complaint!! After adding studs to outer edge of track she really vibrates. I actually thought I lost a driveshaft bearing..but all ok.. it vibrated enough that the nut on the positive terminal on battery came loose. Came to start the sled after stopping and nothing dash never lite up, my first thought frozen relay. I took seat off and battery connection was loose.

It's a freeken vibrating rocket...lol

How is the the new STM Rage 3 WSP Primary clutch working out ? Is it quieter than the original STM Rage 3 ?

So far so good! Not many km(about 500km) so far to give a honest opinion!!
Let me get a season and ill report back...
So far it grips hard and.works extremely well...
As for rattle I did have some but untucked the weights a bits so the were resting on roller(snug)
Seems good now!! Big test is when I put some big kms on!!

Rode from Powers to Marquette and back in same day this Saturday, hurricane 270ss ran flawless and only took a gallon more at the pump than my 2 buddies on 600 e tec's, 226 miles and 14.6 mpg

This is my favorite sled I’ve ever owned. Precision 280, Sandale 3” hyper flow, MSD Launch Master and plenty of traction. It pulls, and pulls. I am noticing decreased performance as the tank empty’s so the fuel pump will be upgraded soon. Do your maintenance, check rollers, make sure chain tension is correct and enjoy.
