having problems putting suspension back together need help

took my suspension apart on my 07 apex gt to have it powder coated, putting it back together now but ran into a snag. can anyone tell me the order of the parts for the rear upper guide wheels. I have the cd for the machine , but it does not show the order very well. from the rear suspension arm outward I think the order goes, 1. plastic insert bushing 2. large flat washer 3. thinner flat washer( same diameter). 4. idler wheel. 5. white plastic collar, 6. small flat washer and nut on the outside of the black bracket. also need to know which way the idler wheel shoud face either with circ clip to the inside or the outside of the suspension. any help would be helpfull.

Order sounds ok , snap ring to the inside.
