can someone please tell me the order of the washers on the top rear suspension arm / guide wheels on an 07 apex gt. from the suspension arm outward I think it goes 1. black plastic insert bushing. 2. large thick washer 3. thinner washer same diameter 4. idler wheel 5. white plastic collar then 6. frame bracket.. 7. smaller washer 8. bolt also which way should the idler face with the c clip towards the inside or the outside or does it matter. the yamaha diagram does not show the order very well and is spread out on two pages on the yamaha cd.

I just went and looked but i couldn't get my fat head into the tunnel. I'm 99.9% sure you have the correct sequence.I had mine out a couple of months ago.sure its the fatter washer then the thinner one then wheel then white bushing. Wheel c-clip faces in.Not sure why but thats the way they face.

cheers

I saw leaves turning yellow and red and falling on my front lawn.
Almost peed my pants. fall is here.LOL

Is that cd the same as the microfische on yamahas site?

LOL!!, me too, but it was more like a slight color change

yamaha cd

the yamaha cd shows the drawing of the suspension on one slide and the idler wheels on another slide. not sure why they did it that way. just want to make sure its back together right so i dont have to take it apart again, I took the suspension all apart to have it powder coated, did it myself, looks awesome, candy apple red metallic. Just cant remember the order of those top wheels and washers.
