alpines new header is built with a different process and out of the 20 or so they have out there not one has cracked. they have pics on there website. Also it responds better then any I have ever rode and I have tried a few.

That's the one I'm running now . Rode all weekend with it VERY responsive boost comes on very quickly . Totally happy with it .

That header does look like it would flow better than the cpr, also the down pipe looks stronger than the mild steel one cpr uses. What is the header made from or what is it coated with?

That downpipe is nowhere near what Dave is building, the header looks cool though!

I can speak from having run dave's double down pipe and alpines setup, and untill you have run both dont run the other one down. If you put both on your sled you will find that alpines makes better power and responds noticably better. I liked daves setup untill I turned up the boost

Cracking headers/ down pipes

I have now made a few upgrade parts for CPR front mount turbo kits
Header Ceramic coated with stainless bolts, Nordlock washers, Won't come loose!
Ported waste gate/ Ceramic coated exhaust housing turbo GT2860RS
with stainless water tube fittings!
Double down pipe that works with the above to make more power and better throttle response with less boost.
We have made jigs to weld the elbow and acuator bracket on GT28 turbo

If you want power and durability then our kit's work.
Apex Alpine/Powderlites kits that we use to build now with our own upgraded turbo, double down pipe, and new HP Intercooler have made over 30 more HP at lower boost level.
Dynoed by guys out in eastern Canada.
We will have the new EFI systems for sale for more upgrades and be standard in our kits soon.
Competition is good and keeps making the customer's get a better mouse trap!
Get the scrap outta my way! so we can ride all day! Dave Forsyth @
