So I have been searching for some help with repairing my broken headlight pod mounts. They are very flimsy and both broke with laying the sled over.
Apparently some guys have repaired their's with metal and epoxy. If somone has pics or could take a couple for me it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I did the same thing. Repaired it with JB weld and some plastic. It didn't last long. I am looking for the same solution.

niko I see that you used pop rivits. That look like the cleanest repair. Is it still working for you and how many miles have you gone with it that way?

bondo
I put bondo in the cavity with new bolts and nuts putting tubing on bolt threads.
