I was looking through pictures of carnage (broken parts) from my 1st year with the viper and totally forgot 1 issue you all may want to check.
If your running the stock skid and shock package with large HP check your limiter straps. When I was running 9#'s of boost with no upgrades to the rear skid the skis were always 3' in the air. The constant rocking of on the throttle and off causes them catch on something both straps ended up looking like this.
I added the Hygear linkage which eliminated a lot of the wheelies and replaced the straps with different ones from a cat xf1100 turbo I believe. They are 1/2" wider and 1-1/2" shorter but I was running mine up 1 or 2 holes anyway.
