Why is this sled so hard to steer? The front shocks are set at 60 psi and I have stock skis and carbides. I also have 144 studs,Why is it doing this? People say the C&A skis make it harder. :o|

I have to wonder if some of it is the angle of the steering post....more horizontal than other sleds I've had, putting the handlebars more in a position like the steering wheel in your car. Instead of the usual push the left handgrip away & pull the right towards you, it's gonna be more like move the left up, & move the right down. I know this isn't the whole answer by any means.......but I also have struggled with the heavy steering...........

the stock yami ski's have a deep keel which contribute to the hard steering. mine was a PITA when i first got it. i changed to pilot 5.7's and it made the sled turn with ease. by far the best thing ive done to the sled. ideal ski's for trail riding, but not for powder. i've also heardman people complain that c&a's are hard to turn

NB, pulling up the straps does what for the suspension or steering? thanks

shifts the wieght to the front skis also go up in compresion on the rear shock helps with weight transfer

take some preload out of front shock on skid i can take pics tonight i know it sounds dumb but it works
