I am doing all my front a arm bushings and bulkhead bushings but I have grooved out bolts that go thru arm into bulk head now on an Rx1 the bolt has a metal bushing then the bulkhead bushing looking at the parts fish I see no metal bushing that the bolt goes thru in the 07 parts fiche so on my 07 is the bolt the bushing as well? Or am I missing something I am at work and dont have it in front of me I just need help so I can get the bolts ordered so I can put this headache back together.
Thanks

Think I understand what you are asking.......oem bushings on the 07 are plastic inserts and wear very fast. Recommend you get the ohlite (metal) bushing kit instead.

if i understood the question then there is no bushing that can be replaced on the bolt only a hole new bolt. but yes x2 on the oilite bushings not even worth getting another set of plastic ones.

New bolts, bushings should have been replaced a while ago to keep from wearing the bolts

I started fresh with a new bulkhead, oil-litle bushings, and bulkhead saver. It's tight now.

X3 on oilites. i also built a metal plate to go on the front of the bolt heads so they don't rotate. like and H the upper and lower bolts are held togther with the plate, then i drilled holes in the heads of the bolt and safety wired them to the plate. also drilled and tapped grease fittings into a arms like on the newer apexs. been 8000 k now and they are still super tight. locktite viper synthetic grease is amazing. is got a snake on the tube.

This is the metal H. it has to be tight fit to bolt heads. with this setup i shouldn't have to replace the bulk head brushing again. just the a arm ones

Here are grease fittings. u have to file them down a bit or the threads of the fitting hit the bolt. but don't go to far or u will wreck the fitting by hitting the spring in there. also pay attention to the location of the fitting to make sure it doesn't hit the bulk head under full travel of a arm
