i require help. when my nytro sits in the warm garage the battery ( new load tests ok) stays charged ready to go. put the sled on the truck the night before a ride and the battery is stone dead the next morning. i boosted and went riding. stopped to go ice fishing. battery seemed charged. was about 10 to 15 feet from the sled and heard a kind of buzzing sound (The key was off) went and started the sled and it barely started flashed code 43. on the trip back the code dissappeared and the battery charged. on the next morning stone dead. thinking it is a sticky fuel relay, anyone else have this issue. thanks

Code 43 - "Fuel system voltage (monitor voltage)"
Symptom - Power supply to the fuel injectors and fuel
pump is not normal.
Did you install anything on your sled that requires power? power outlet, heat shield, gps?

If you have access to an amp meter I would diagnose which circuit the draw is on while its still in the truck.

Good chance your battery is bad, but if not disconnect pos lead on battery and attach a 12v bulb in series. If you get a lite even a faint glow start disconnecting things till goes away

battery
hello thanks for the tips, i will give it a shot, thing is in the warm garage there is no drain ( current loss ) have only noticed it in the cold. sled is still under warrenty if i can't find it will have to bring it in, which means loss of riding time.
thnaks again

I would take out the 12v acc and visor acc. If the battery is good, it sounds like you may have grounded something. Head to your local electronics store and pick up a cheap ammeter.

battery drain
back from the dealer, was a terrific help, we swapped an ecu from a new nytro and the problem was gone. for some reason unknown when the machine is cold ( key off ) the ecu starts the fuel pump until battery is dead. the replacement ecu went in and voila everything seems ok. waited 2 days and put in the original ecu and leave the sled in the cold and the battery drained again. i thought this was pretty conclusive. now we have to wait for an ecu to come in.
thanks everyone for your help
