Help !!! pc3 Bog at snap from idle.

So on my 2006 apex got the ram air box and pc3 usb. got Ulmer's map installed in it. here's my problem... from idle on a snap it bogs a first.., almost like it would be to lean. could anyone help me with setting this? not sure if its just adjusting the numbers with my laptop? i don't want to play around and screw something up either.

Have you contacted Ulmer about this issue? I would start there.
