Hello! I really need your help, I think this skill is not difficult to understand my problem.
I installed a turbo kit 180-200 hp and PCV-PTI + AutoTune on my sled Yamaha nytro. But they do not go right. When smooth acceleration all we can say is good, but abruptly step on the accelerator when accelerating appear claps in the area of the turbine and stops for a moment, the supply of fuel, AFR shows a second 22.4 and with the clapping accelerates. This can occur when inflating 6-8 PSI at high speeds.
I think I made a mistake somewhere in the settings PCV-PTI or perhaps not quite right fuel card. I'm doing this for the first time and have never done before.
I am from Russia and do not speak English, and Russian and give none. I'm VERY count on your help. The season started and my sled and do not go it's very sad. You can write me a mail vgichen@mail.ru. If you are not able to help me then tell me who to contact on this issue.
Thank you
Sincerely, Victor.

Did you set your TPS values in the software. You have to have your sled running and hooked up to a computer with the PCV program running . The software needs to know your throttle voltage at idle and wide open throttle. It is written in the instructions that cam with the PCV if you bought it new. I also think you need some sort of pressure map to get you started.

My PVC-PTI bought new and I did everything according to instructions.

My PVC-PTI bought new and I did everything according to instructions. That's what I did:
1. Set TPS
2. Configured MAP sensor pressure values min (0.250 v - -13.11), max (4.750 v - 29.82).
3. Set up clutch on 8.700 rpm.
4. Insert the fuel card.
Here is a map, it may be an error but I do not know how to program the software correctly. I would be very grateful if somebody would give me a fuel card that works well. I want to use pressure 6-8 psi. Thank you, I will be glad of any help. I am from Russia and do not speak English, I use google translator and my messages can be rough. Excuse Me.
my mail vgichen@mail.ru
